LTL Flexi Classes is a subscription service that allows students to book small group or 1-on-1 classes at any time of the day or night, 24/7.

We offer several hundred small group classes every day and there is always at least one small group offered for every level at all times of the day.

Each class lasts 60 minutes and always starts and ends at the full hour.

So for each level we offer at least 24 lessons per day, one at each full hour. Usually it is a lot more than that though.

On the “Credits” tab, choose the subscription you want under “Change Subscription” and press “Subscribe”.

You will be charged, receive your credits and can book classes straight away.

A subscription is always set to renew next month. You can cancel it at any time under “Edit Subscription”.

Note: For the payment to work, make sure you have entered a working credit card in the system. You can check your credit card information under “My Billing”. Click on your profile picture to get there.

Choose the new subscription you want under “Change Subscription” and press the yellow “Change Subscription” button (see the image below).

If you have a currently active subscription, nothing will happen right now.

Only once your subscription is up for renewal it will.

You will renew with the new subscription you chose and be charged and receive credits accordingly.

If you currently do not have an active subscription, the new subscription will become active immediately.

Credits can be used to book any kind of classes and there are no time restrictions regarding which classes you can book with your credits.

Credits are valid for a full month. However the credit validity only refers to by when you need to make the booking. There is no time limit by when you need to take the class.

For example, you can use your January credits to book classes in February, April, August or whenever you want to (see the image below)..

You only need to book those classes within the credit’s validity in January.

When you book a class and have different credit types, we always use the credit that will be expire next for the booking to make sure you keep credits with longer validity left for your future bookings.

That is no problem at all. You have two options:

1) You can use a subscription as a single purchase. Sign up for a subscription, receive the credits and immediately cancel the subscription afterwards. Your credits will be valid for a month and you will never be charged again.

2) Buy a package instead. Go to https://flexiclasses.com/mandarin-online/ scroll all the way down to the end of the page and here you can buy packages of 25, 50, 70, 100, 150 or 200 hours of group classes. These packages have longer validity and are a single purchase.

Note: The packages are only available on the Mandarin page, however do not worry if you are studying another language. You can still buy the package and then just use them to study another language. All credits are fully interchangeable between languages.

A LTL Flexi Classes Subscription allows you to be a member of the Flexi Class system. With this you will receive new credits every month.

You can use those credits to book classes.

Different classes are charged different amounts of credits.

For example a one hour small group Chinese class costs 1 credit, whereas a one hour 1-on-1 Chinese class costs 3 credits. 

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. 

Before booking a class you also always receive a confirmation message telling you the number of credits you will be charged.

Click “Cancel Subscription” under “Edit Subscription” (see the image below).

Your subscription will be immediately cancelled and you will not be charged or receive credits again. 

You can continue to use LTL Flexi Classes after cancelling your subscription.

You can study any previously scheduled classes or book new ones with any credits you previously purchased even after cancelling your subscription.

Choose the number of credits you want under “Buy Credits” and press “Checkout” (see the image below). 

You need an active subscription to be able to buy individual credit units.

If you cannot make it to a class, always make sure you cancel it so your teacher and other students will not have to wait for you.

When you cancel a class at least 72 hours in advance during the credit’s validity you will immediately receive your full credits back.

Yes you can and also the other way round.

When you buy a subscription the number of Flexi Credits needed for it will be added to your account.

If you later decide you rather want to use those credits to study another type of class or another language that is no problem at all.

Flexi Credits work like “money” inside Flexi Classes and anything that is offered with Flexi Classes you can buy with Flexi Credits.

Our aim is to take our students to language fluency.

To study just an hour once every couple of months will not get anyone to fluency in a language and we want our students to succeed.

That is why we want everyone in the Flexi System to commit to at least studying one hour a week. 

Our group classes are very small.

On average we have fewer than two students in each group class.

Classes will never exceed six students.

No, you do not.

Credits can be used to book classes outside their validity without problems.

There are no restrictions regarding the classes you can book with your credits.

Validity only refers to the time by which the booking needs to be made, which is always one month after receiving them.

There is no restriction for which classes or when that class will take place.

No, you do not.

If you want to never be charged again, just cancel your subscription. You will not charged with a cancelled subscription.

You can of course also remove your credit card details too if you want, but there is no need to do so and it will have no effect.

Note: If you do not want to be charged, please do not just remove your credit card without cancelling your subscription. The system would then continue to try to charge a non working credit card which leads to all kinds of technical issues. If you do not want to be charged anymore, cancel your subscriptions. You will 100% never be charged again – guaranteed!

A group class can be booked at any time, even just 5 minutes before it starts.

You will notice though that there is a lot more choice for group classes if you book them 48 hours or more in advance.

1-on-1 classes you need to book at least 48 hours in advance to give us enough time to organize the teacher.

There is no limit when you can cancel your subscription.

Even if you cancel just a few minutes before the renewal payment, the payment will be stopped immediately, your subscription cancelled and you will not be charged.

Yes you can.

It does not matter if you subscribed for a 1-on-1 or group program, you will always receive the same credits, just different amounts of them depending on your subscription.

All credits can be used to book either 1-on-1 or group classes.
